Two Holly trees to be felled to ground level, both trees are leaning towards the road and showing fairly poor vigour especially the one closest to the street lamp. The trees are furthermore affecting the radiation of light being emitted from the lamp post due to foliage being so close to street light effecting light for pavement and road users.
