Remove Sycamore (T18) to as close to ground level as is reasonably practicable. All arising material to be removed from site unless otherwise agreed.
Ash tree - Fell to ground level. Remove all arisings from site. Stump and root structure to remain in situ.
Single Oak tree (T124) located on plot of land within 1 Cumbrae Drive property boundary. General pruning and lopping required to balance overgrowth on one side plus removal of dead branch as shown in photographs. Works last carried out in 2020 under previous planning application.
Oak tree - 1st crown lifted to remove small epicormic growth and the two lowest branches. One branch has interfered with the roof of a neighboring structure. The second is hanging low over the lawn. By removing these, the canopy will be raised without impacting on the aesthetics or overall shape. 2nd crown reduction via thinning by approx. 20%, this can be achieved by selecting appropriate pruning points that will allow the tree to branch naturally going forward and reducing the likelihood of excessive secondary growth. Also providing a smaller and less dense canopy.
