Silver birch in back garden, at the back fence of the property is currently at around 15m and is too big for the space. Planning to reduce and lower the crown height by 3m.
There is a tree, which although still alive and it flowered in spring, has a rotten trunk. I think the only thing that is holding it up is the ivy. I would like to cut this tree down as it is dangerous and unsightly. Emergency 5 day notice tree work.

Tree type, Wild Cherry (Prunus avium) there are two mature trees that have grown next to each in a raised bed. These are situated next to a drystone boundary wall and within 18 feet of a neighbours property. They have destabilised the drystone wall which is in danger of falling down and further more their roots are causing damage to the neighbours property by lifting the tarmac drive. The proposal is to fell both trees and kill their stumps to prevent any further damage.

T1: Sycamore (Neighbouring property): Crown reduce all round to previous points of reduction estimated reduction of around 2m to 2.5m T2: Horse Chestnut : Crown reduce to previous points of reduction estimated to be 1-2m limiting wound size to 50mm T3: Lime : Crown reduced to previous points of reduction with reduction estimating to be removing material of up to 1.5m -2m in length. Crown lift to 5.2 m for highway clearance and 3m for pedestrian head height. T4: Oak (TPO): Crown lift to 5 meters above the driveway and the road. Laterally reduce the lower canopy over the highway by around 1.5 to 2 meters to balance the canopy which will lift over the highway and avoid vehicle collision risk.
